中國大陸連鎖零售地產開發商蘇寧易購發布公告,各以1元人民幣(新台幣4.25元)的價格,出售旗下12間家樂福門市的全部股權,合計出售金額12元人民幣(約新台幣50元)。
蘇寧易購表示,經濟持續低迷,外部環境和消費行為改變,促使消費者勒緊荷包,加上母公司因自身流動性問題,無法持續提供資金支持,決定逐步關停旗下傳統大賣場業務。
公告指出,蘇寧易購全資子公司「家樂福中國」向上海啟紓家福企業服務合夥企業,分別以1元人民幣出售長沙盛名商業管理有限責任公司、長沙客優仕超市有限責任公司和濟南客優仕商業有限公司等12間家樂福子公司100%股權,合計出售金額為人民幣12元。
家樂福作為法國知名超商,1995年起進駐大陸後,曾在零售市場掀起巨大波瀾,2019年由蘇寧易購以48億元收購「家樂福中國」80%的股權,但營運不理想,門店數量逐年銳減。
